When you submit all the necessary documents for your loan application, the process typically takes 1–3 business days. The more complete your application package (including PDF-formatted documents), the faster we can proceed.


2. Approval to Contracts

  • Same-day approval is possible, depending on timing and whether you’ve already found your dream airplane.
  • If you haven’t yet, send us the purchase agreement, spec sheet, and any corporate information (if applicable) to your loan officer. This includes operating agreements, articles of organization, certificate of formation, and IRS EIN forms.


3. Contract Process

  • We’ll provide you with a link to your contracts.
  • Most clients complete this step within 1–3 days using DocuSign.


4. Preparing for Closing

  • While you’re signing contracts, gather all the supportive documents needed for closing.
  • Refer to our closing checklist overview for specifics.


5. Closing Day

  • Once we receive all necessary closing documents and verify a clear title, we can perfect the closing in just 1 day.
  • Keep in mind that our lenders have a wire cutoff time of 2:00 PM EST, and the FAA has a closing cutoff time of 4:15 PM EST.
